Abstract: Beyond to bring light on the role played by Togo government in business in ethical way to contribute to business and it community welfare, in this paper, we highlight the key role that played the government as a driver of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and regulator of Corporate Governance (CG). The paper was drawn based on recent and previous studies. Lee, M. (2008). (Vogel, 2005: 2); Hasan Al-Zu'bi (2014). Garriga and Melé (2004), (Donaldson & Preston, 1995; Freeman, 1994), Friedman’s criticism (1970), Laura A., Josep M., Antonio T., Atle M., and Francesco P. (2008). We focus by a basic analysis basing on at several mejor that government interfere in business and we deducted for good ethical way in CSR and CG need government intervention. The concluding discussion assesses implications of and further research questions arising from the findings concerning the impact that challenge manager in managerial decision by government interference in CSR and CG.

Abstract: Every leader has their own style and strategy. Further, leadership styles and methods vary because of outside influences and personal challenges. Leaders do not exist to order their workers around. While they oversee their team, a true leader takes initiative and trusts their employees to perform efficiently and independently. In this paper I would like to highlight how person holds a dominant or superior position within its field, and is able to exercise a high degree of control or influence over others. Another important point I would like to explain the potential of leaders for influencing the behavior of others and inducing the subordinates to work with confidence and zeal as well.

Abstract: The integrated supply chain management with internet and technology brings new innovation management changes in enterprise. It called electronic supply chain management (E-SCM), to be able to reach the maximum result, the implementation of E-SCM need the ability to create, acquire, capture store, maintain and disseminate the organization's knowledge. This paper is literatures study that discussed about the issues related of benefits and constraints on E-SCM implementation in enterprise. Enterprise that implement E-SCM will have a competitive advantages which can be affecting the increase in performance of enterprise also be more sensitive to market environment changes rather than the competitor. This paper findings the success of E-SCM implemented in enterprise need support from knowledge management (KM).
