Abstract: Knowledge management has been a term in business during the last few years. KM has just gained notice, despite the banking sector being one of the most important commercial sectors. As a result, finding a way to control the information flowing into and out of the financial industry has become critical. This paper aimed to synthesize previous studies from the business-related literature that looked at specific knowledge management tools in order to make predictions that may be applicable in the banking sector. We searched seven databases using terms like knowledge management, organizational knowledge, and business performance. English-language articles were eliminated, whereas those published between 2020 and 2022 were included. About 30 publications were reviewed in order to determine why knowledge management approaches were developed, to propose prospective knowledge management methods and solutions, and to explain knowledge management facilitators and barriers. Process visualization, workshops, groups of practicing experts, communication channels, and communities of practice are a few KM projects. The business literature describes typical barriers to employing these strategies as well as facilitators, but there isn't much in-depth research on their efficacy. The banking industry provides unparalleled knowledge management system development, implementation, and evaluation opportunities. Though additional research is required to determine the best technique for the banking industry, the experience of the business sector can be used as a starting point.

Abstract: The research aims to identify whether leadership in various styles contexts such as entrepreneurship, empowering, operational, and architectural leadership impacts Generation Z's ability to deal with volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) in their work environment. The research method in this study is a literature review to identify dimensions of the competence of Generation Z in the four leadership styles in the VUCA context. The results of this literature review research indicate that empowering leadership plays a significant role in strengthening the skills of VUCA Generation Z. This approach encourages delegation of authority, supports development skills, and empowers Generation Z individuals to interact effectively within a VUCA environment filled with uncertainty and complexity. Apart from that, entrepreneurial leadership has also been proven to impact the abilities of VUCA Generation Z with a focus on innovation, controlled risk-taking, and exploration of new opportunities. Operational leadership emphasizes efficiency and orderliness and positively contributes to Generation Z's VUCA skills, although the VUCA environment is often uncertain. Lastly, architectural leadership focusing on organizational design and strategic vision helps Generation Z individuals understand the big vision and adapt to changes in the context. The implication is that by integrating these four leadership philosophies into the analysis, the study will aid in gaining a more accurate understanding of Generation Z's mentality. Organizations can be better equipped to handle the difficulties of the volatile and uncertain business climate by learning about the traits and expectations of Generation Z and cultivating the right kind of leadership. The mindset of Generation Z can be better understood. In addition, Generation Z must arm themselves with greater creativity and innovation to meet the challenges of an increasingly complicated business environment.
